Reddit upvotes and downvotes are private by default — other users cannot see your vote history. However, understanding what Reddit tracks about your votes (and what's visible to you) helps you make informed privacy decisions.
Go to Reddit Settings > Privacy and toggle "Make my votes public" — ensure this is OFF if you don't want your votes visible to others.
On your profile, click "Upvoted" to see posts you've upvoted (only visible to you). This list can be cleared by downvoting the same posts (removing your upvote).
Your upvote history is private unless you've opted to make votes public. The higher privacy priority is your public posts and comments — use Karmdit to bulk delete those.
Only if you've enabled "Make my votes public" in your Reddit privacy settings. By default, your votes are private. Check your settings to confirm.
Click the upvote button again on any post or comment to remove your upvote (returns to neutral). Or click downvote to actively downvote. There's no bulk "remove all upvotes" feature in Reddit.
